Duncan, Tim and their team are very professional. We are so happy with the major renovations they completed on our home. Each day the site was cleared and cleaned. DXT came highly recommended to us and proved to be responsible, reliable builders who delivered quality results. They executed our interior design plans beautifully, and gave good advice on minor adjustments to make the plans fit the space. They communicated well about any changes so there were no nasty surprises re: budget and timeframes. DXT managed the project and various subcontractors so that we didn’t have to find tilers, joiners, painters, plumbers etc ourselves. The DXT team were very friendly and helpful, and always cleaned up the site as soon as they could. DXT made the process of renovating a house while living in it as painless as it could possibly be. No hesitations recommending them to anyone who needs a builder.

DXT Construction recently finished a kitchen, ensuite, WC, laundry, flooring, and repainting ceilings for me and the whole process was easier than I expected. It took about two months, but only because I added extra work partway through. They were flexible and accommodating the whole way through. What really stood out was how detail, oriented they were. You can tell they take pride in doing things properly. Every contractor they brought in was great too - polite, professional, and just easy to deal with. Good communication and a quality finish.

A five star rating for our recent kitchen reno which is totally warranted. Tim managed the project with total professionalism ensuring we were always aware of each stage of the process. We were provided regular updates and the dates and timings provided by Tim for every stage of the process were always met. The quality of work was exceptional and I cannot speak more highly of Tim and his team.
